Customer Care Associate

Part Time

Responsible for handling daily tasks of the front desk including greeting the public, answering phones, updating records, filing paperwork, facilitating animal movements, and assisting with the cleaning and sanitizing of the lobby area of the facility.

Pay from $9.50 per hour

We accept submissions for the following positions on an ongoing basis. All submissions will be kept on file, and contacted for interview proceedings at the time of hiring. Time of hiring varies and is dependent on the needs of the Humane Society of Cambria County. Any inquiries about the following positions should be directed to info@cambriacountyhs.com. 

Animal Care Attendant

Responsible for daily cleaning and sanitation of shelter facility, including animal enclosures and public areas, feeding, care, medical and behavior observation, and the overall physical and mental well-being of shelter animals.

Adoption Counselor

Responsible for reviewing and processing of adoption applications, helping to ensure our animals find the right fit for adoption and/or foster, updating animal, adopters, and foster records, facilitating animal movements into adoption or foster, and assisting with the cleaning and sanitizing of the facility. 

Customer Care Associate

Responsible for handling daily tasks of the front desk including greeting the public, answering phones, updating records, filing paperwork, facilitating animal movements, and assisting with the cleaning and sanitizing of the lobby area of the facility.
